Please help..Major neck and shoulder pain!

Hi my name is landa. I noticed around 2 months ago that when my friend rubbed around my neck area that i felt this spring lke feeling when she touched a certain spot lower neck ( bordering my shoulders) at this time the feeling was very innocent. well i felt this on several occasions when it was rubbed. well needless to say within the last week i notice when i was sleeping one night it felt very uncomfortable as if my shoulder weight was crunching into my neck area so that night i could not rest at all !!!! the next day my shoulders felt weak and the pain seemed to go through my upper back well now im just experiencing weakness and when i press that one spot i get this springy BOING O BOING feeling...and im in constant discomfort weak neck achey shoulders constsantly!!! i know this is long but im awfully scared and very uncomfortable please any responses would be so appreciated.

Hello dear,
You should consult an orthopedic physician and get  a x-ray and if required a MRI done ,.There is possibility of some of degenerative spine change which requires complete evaluation.
