Hurt knee 6 days after Op

Hi,

I had an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery carried out on my knee 7 days ago. The surgery used my hamstring for the new ACL and I was given physio routine to follow.  All was going well until last night when tired and getting into bed when laying on my back I tried to move my body weight. Not thinking I put my weight through the knee that had recently undergone surgery and I immediately felt pain in the where the lower side of the graft attached to my shin.
I tested this over night, but still feel pain here today and am now worried that the graft has become detached.  I am still 6 weeks away from seeing the specialist again and won't see my physio for over a week.

What are the chances of the graft becoming detached or is it more likely I've sprained my knee?

I'm continuing with the physio routine. But it seems a lot tighter than before.  Any advice would be gratefully received.
