fall on eblow
hi so today i was at the beach and i was running into the the water and i went and slipped on a water patch and first landed on my elbow and then fully slipped. it is quite sore when i move it and extend it, i can extend it fully but it hurts. their is redness and bruising. and hurts when resting what could it be?
