Schmorl Nodes

Hi, I have been in horrible pain for almost two years now. I cant do ANYTHING at all that I want and used to do.
Ive tried sooooo many things and just found out I have A schmorl node on my L1 and forming of them on T9, 10,11 and 12.
Also I have an irregular spine curvature.

Iam desperate for relief and anything you could suggest or tell me to do would be appreciated,

THANKS

Hello, I've several of these and ended up on serious pain meds; finally stumbled across an inversion chair and it seems to help a lot.

My pain is made worse by walking and lifting small amounts of weight and after going up to 120 fentanyl, was able to HALF the doses using cannabis.

It's damn expensive, but it does beat opiates, seems to help with inflammation and of course sleep.

Wish the inversion chair had come along sooner, but better late than never!

Good luck!

I know people dont want to hear this but if your desperate like i was. try some mary jane it helps me loads, the key is to find a good strain that works for you. id try a 50/50 sativa indica mix then decide what takes care of your pain better the up heady feeling or the relaxing feeling. and it doesn't mess with meds to much so its moderately safe compared to rx drugs that will give you wicked side effects. and will help with the side effects of your current meds. if you have a cool dr you can discuss this option with them. but theres no guarantee that thell approve. it all depends on you
good luck with managing your pain

Hi,here
I'm sorry to know it.
Surgical treatment should be considered in you with persistent disabling back pain.
I don't think alternative med woks for this condition.
Take care!
