Thank you, But my knee is sitting in the hole that a put down threw it. When I first did it, they put new bone in, but it never took. That is where my knee is sitting.??

You should try physiotherapy and confirm the alignment of your joint, bones in your leg. If the alignment is good, proper position is conserved then try conservative treament.
If it does not help and you have problem at your accident site then you have the only option of TKR (Total Knee Replacement) .
This would need an operation at a good facility and rehabilitation in the form of Physiotherapy. You have to understand all the Pros and cons and discuss with your treating Orthopaedician before taking a decision. Take care!
