Shoulder snapping with pain

Hello, I have pain in the front of my shoulder.  If I move my arm forward I sometimes get this snapping feeling and it hurts.  It happens multiple times a day.  I have not had an injury.  I'm a 44-year old female.

You do not have to injure yourself to mess up your shoulder.  There are many things that could be causing your symptoms, such as arthritis, rotator cuff inflammation, rotator cuff tear, etc.  You should really see a physician to have this xrayed and possibly have an MRI to check for inflammation and tearing. Hope this helps.  Good luck.
