Would you help me !!!! please

It has been more than 6 months since my right hand thumb began misfunctioning or insufficient functions . This disorder has been originated in working hard ..transferring my office to another place trying to read  off  unnecessary letters . pulling paper clips or pins out and or tearing all useless papers. I checked with two orthopedic doctors and physiotherapists and as a result I went under 20 meetings physiotherapy with a couple of months interval. it helped  50% but a week after ..my thumb finger bent . They call " flexor tendonis disorder " Now....I would like to know what are the best physiotherapy methodology and instrumentations that might be applied to cure my finger, which differs from my place therapy!!? and  what are other alternatives ?

Hello!

The most important thing is to avoid exerting your thumb at your work place. Get an MRI done and diagnose any tendon or ligament problems properly.

Give adequate rest to your thumb and then follow up with regular physiotherapy and strengthening exercises.

With time and persistent physiotherapy you will improve or else discuss with an orthopedician for surgical intervention.

Take care!
