Wrist pain for two years after bike accident, help please

2 years ago I was biking down a steep hill and I fell off my bike and broke my fall with my right hand. Ever since then it hurts incredibly whenever I bend it forward, like if I were to pull my fingers down and have the wrist come down with it. It also hurts in the same spot when I apply force with my palm out like with a push up. I am a very active person and it has really been a severe hindernace, not just for exercise but for normal activities as well. I can go several months of not exercising with it and being very careful and it improves, but never seems to fully go away. As soon as I start bending it that way it gets sensitive again. X rays and MRIs didn't see anything wrong so doctor said it was a cyst so I opted to get the arthoscopic surgery to remove it. Now it's been five months since the surgery and it hasn't changed at all, in fact my wrist is a bit stiffer than it was before. I am at a loss of what to do, any advice at all would be much appreciated.

How old are you? When you get older there are things that hurt all the time. You just have to get used to it. I had a separated shoulder and it's 99% better after surgery, but it's never going to be 100%. Overuse is still going to bother it.
