Dr kraul,
thank you for your answer. I know that is quite difficult to get an exact answer via internet. However, I would appreciate your personal opinion regarding my case for once more.
To be more precise, in case this would be helpful, the trauma was caused April 18th and this xray is from the second week. The night i had the accident  i went to the hospital, the doctor who examined me said to stay in, cause it might needed surgery and also because his supervisor needed to see it in the morning. The supervisor, however, said that would heel on its own and gave me sling(8) to wear and advised me to stay still and sleep with a lot of pillows in my back. Also, they tied my arm as high as my chest.
At the beginning it was painful since I had a difficulty in breathing, pain in the back. From day 4 the pain was gradually faded. The first trauma was quite swollen but now it is just a bruised bumb.
Opinions vary regarding whether i need surgery or not, and to stay like this for a month and a half really concerns me.
I would appreciate your opinion based on these facts this time.
I will be waiting for your response.

                 thank you for your time

PS:Is it ok to drink alcohol through my therapy since i do not use any drugs(pills)? Is there any diet you recommend?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hey Kostas!

It is difficult to comment on the situation just based on a single view x-ray and without a detailed clinical evaluation. This appears to be a fracture of the middle third of the collar bone. Management could be conservative or surgical depending on the displacement, compromise of surrounding structures, stability, time since injury etc. It would be best to have this evaluated by an orthopedician for suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
