cannot rotate my right arm

hi!

im from europe. my problem is that i cannot rotate my right forearm enough like my left arm. have limitation in both pronation and supination, but the supination is worse.

sometimes i get some sort of feeling like a mix of muscle fever and cramps on my supinator muscle. my supinator muscle (not sure if its exactly that one) gets tired very fast.

ive done x-rays and mri. noone can find anything wrong with my arm. they 're just telling me, im born this way or god has created you this way, but i want a scientific explanation on this. im 23 years old. have never hurted my arm before or anything like that. WHY IN THE HELL CANNOT I ROTATE MY ARM? the limitations isnt extreme but its annoying me...

your saying that my issue is probably caused by either:
1. tight muscle attachments.
2. fibrosis
3. pain in elbow joint.
4. muscle injury.
5. wrist injury.

my thoughts:
a. whats tight muscle attachments and is there a fix for that? shouldnt mri & xray show something then?
b. whats fibrosis and is there a fix for that? shouldnt mri & xray show something then?
c. what do you mean? i have no pain in my elbow joint. shouldnt mri show something then?
d. what do you mean? i have no muscle injuries. shouldnt mri & xray show something then?
e. i have perfectly fine wrist... shouldnt mri & xray show something then?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
If you have tight muscle attachments since birth or there is fibrosis due to repeated injury, then you can have problems in rotator movements of forearm. It can also be due to pain in elbow joint as in Tennis or Golfer’s elbow.
Another possibility is muscle injury. It can also be wrist injury which is limiting the movement. So, try physiotherapy and see if makes the movement better. Take care!
