Hi there!

The MRI describes a probable partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and the medial meniscus with associated inflammatory changes. I would suggest consulting an orthopedician for suggestion of an appropriate management plan. Meanwhile I would suggest resting the knee. Ice-packs and tylenol/ OTC NSAIDS may be helpful for pain relief.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
