is there any help out there (i only need to have a foot removed)

i got my foot squshed in 10 16 89.  since then ive had over 20 sugeries and 50 or more cuts. ive also had about 16 things done by pain managment. epaderials dont work on me. my dr droped me because he and no one takes work comp anylonger in texas. a dr only has to take you if your bleeding or about to die. ive got life time work comp(cna) they refuse to pay anybills. ive had the state of texas work comp board say that they would garentee and dr that would take me if c.n.a. doesnt pay they the state would . they called 35 drs. none said they would atleast look at me. since then ive been to the states nut ward for them to say ive got a medical problem , they say im bipolar now from all this or something. im not nuts. i have 2 lil toes left on my left foot. ive got about 15 places thats ate up with nerophaty. ive been seen last by utmb galveston. i saw nero and they said they couldnt think of anything to do thats not been done already. im playn the indj card now. it doesnt pay the drs much, but i had ortho say they would remove it for me. then ike blew the hospital away. it wont be up for about a yr.  i cant wait anylonger to have work done to it. ive been denied from ss for 4 yrs now. im waiting on results of the trial hearing now. sad that remember i have life time medical on the foot. i need a dr that can think outside the box but honestly im just waing to move on with my life and that cant happen till i get this thing removed.is there any dr out there that can get this job done. ive got 2 referials from past drs that say they have no problems with it being removed. im the type of case that the dr.s go home and cant get out there head. ive been on and off work a few times. work a yr off 2 ,work 2 off 1. blaw blaw blaw. ive lost everything in my life now 5 times. thats enough to make you nuts by its self. ive sat back and watched my mom and also my sister go on with life but im stuck with this foot i can barly walk on. i sold all my yrs worth of tools to buy a used power chair so atleast i could make it into the nhra races. its been a few yrs i couldnt do that . its just no fun taking that heavy thing around. you cant see stuff at the store very well from being seated. im a hands on type of person. no book work at all. i can build anything just cant stand long enought to get the job done. im beggin for any help out there. please help me get this foot removed than i can get a prostic thingie and get my life moving without being in so much pain. im taking nortriptline and also lyrica for help with the pain. it only helps me to sit around and watch the grass grow. (*****) im taking seraquil to help me sleep. it has helped my neck and sholders . i no longer wake up layn on my arm to the point it hurts when you get off it and the blood floing again. ive been sleeping well and have been able to not get up through the night and pee. this lil drugs are only a band aid. plus i have to take heart burn pill and a bouwl movent pill. i dont have money at all and have friends help get me thies 2 pills. but darn it its all a band aid. i cant take alot of pain meds. im now eating vicodens everyday that i do anything more than let my dogs out the door and back in. they dont do much anymore. ive been tried on nerotten a couple times and its not my drug. it makes me stay up for days. alot of things make me speed unlike puting others in bed for rest. im sure if you had some time a dr could finaly get a bill throught cna...  or atleast i would put you with barbra mcwilliams at the texas work comp board.   i have all kinds of records. ive got a stack of 12 inchs or more high. just ask and ill send what ever you might need. im ready to get off this couch. thats not goign to happen till im made to lay on it for a fixed job. just sittn and watching the grass grow *****. i have no light at the end of any tunnel ive looked in. i know this is a shout in the ever blue younder, but what the hey. i need help,  please, please, please  heith,  tyler2toe

part 3 i also have real bad carpal tunnel real bad both hands. and i have the shakes. fingers lock up and i cant use power saws or drills or even limb clippers. all of witch is part of upkeeping any house. i have this loud ringing that never leaves my ears. certain sounds make a loud painfull crackling sound. its now real hard to hear crickets now. sound is the same as them.  ok all my problems. any help out there???? please  email me.  use my name and add ,at yahoo.com

oh yeah part 2 , after all the yrs of trouble my left knee hurts real bad when i squot on it and my left ancle and foot have problems from taking all the abuse for the past 20 yrs. theys a laarg bump on top of the left foot outside. i cant sit croses leged on it unless thers a shoe over it(ha cant wear shoes with right foot). .i cant lay on stomic with foot fully strainted out. it hurts bad if any pressure from blankets and then when i straiten it out. so you can see y i feel so hopeless. the free drs throught the health dept wont even think about fixen thoes problems. but id like to have them taken care of before i get the left removed. so i can atleast have one foot to wobble on to rest room. ok thanks to all who read. heith
