MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello!

Your soft tissue such as tendons and ligaments might have been torn after your thumb crush incident.

You would need to wear a splint for 2-3 weeks to give time for healing and follow it up with physiotherapy.

For chronic soft tissue complications you have to explore surgical options near a hand surgeon.

Take care!
