Conservative treatment is the best if you can escape surgery, but as you are not able to deal the pain you can go for the replacement.
Your 2nd picture shows that you would need it, as it would give you strength and relieve you of the symptoms you are facing.
Try to push as long as it possible, because with replacement you have to be in the hospital and then go for months of physitherapy and full recovery will take more than 6 months if everything goes with plan.
Take care!
Of course I will take a second opinion I was just wondering if someone could look at the pics and tell me about how bad it is...I mean i was told when I cant deal with the pain anymore I could..but from the photos do you think I can push it a little longer before i mess things up really bad...they are listed under my photos. When I first posted them they didnt show up now but there are 3 up now...just got ot click on my name and you will see the my photos...anyone who could look at them I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for the reply
You can go for a hip replacement, but follow up near an expert in a good faciltiy before that. You have to be couselled properly and explained all the do's and don'ts before the replacement and it is good for you as whatever you have been through because of no fault of yours. Also take a second opinion. Take care!
THe other pics and all three are listed in my photo album i couldnt figure out how to post mulitple pics
