stitch marks on face

Sir one of my friend had an accident on 11 OCT 08 and she had 11 stitches on face and some black wond(scratch) marks near the eyes and below(near to ears) so i need to help her and need some advice which doctor to ask what treatment to follow any surgery or any thin that helps Plz tell me what can i do to help her

hi sir this is vijay from bangalore, i had a stich mark by knife during in childwood(8yrs), so is there any treatment except plastic surgery

Thanks for your advice, well the stiches had been removed around two weeks back but there are scars on the face. I have already thought of going to the plastic surgeon, but i want to know any other treatment apart from the latter, which can be thought upon. I would also like to have your suggestion on the daily activities, the necessary diet and the facial exercise and any other daily requirements which could be considered. Thanks alot once again........
