wide hips in men

hello doc,
               i am male, 23 yrs old ...im facing a strange prob...my prob is my hip bones are to wide(not fat)..my waist is 35 inches and the hip bone below it is around 38-39 inches...its not only wide but curvy too ...i want to change this disorder through surgery ...pls dont say that it is impossible.. :(
i dont want to live like this .... is bone grafting a solution for my prob .... or is there any other way i can change it?? pls doc pls help me...

Maybe with a good trainer you could build up your core so the hip area doesn't seem as curvy or wider as you say. I am sure you feel out of proportion for a man, also maybe you want to go see an endocrinologist. Maybe there is a hormone imbalance. I am not a doctor so hopefully one will interject on this forum!

Hi there!

Well, it would be difficult to comment specifically without the relevant clinical details or a detailed clinical evaluation. Though bony/ soft tissue can be altered structurally it may not be advised in a few cases. I would suggest consulting a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause identified, it may be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
