Ovarian cyst and worried

Hi, I got a call after I had my tansvaginal u/s telling me I needed it repeated in 6 weeks. So, I looked at my results of course, and now am worried. This is what it tells me.

The right ovary contains a cyst with low level internal echoes measuring 19 x 20 x 11.
This could either be hemmoragic or complicated.

Can someone place help me! I'm so scared!!

Sorry you are both going through this. Most cysts are benign and do resolve on their own...hoping that is the case for both of you!

Hello I'm going through the  same.your cyst is very small and haemorrghic just means there's blood in it or complicated meaning there not sure.mine is exactly the same around the same size but I have 3 small thick walled irregular cysts.a repeat scan is normal,to see if it's shrunk or disappeared,I've now had two scans and another next month.im more scared than the gyno, try not to worry i bet next scan will show its gone.take care Michelle xx
