Advice needed urgently

Hi all -
Have posted on here before, i was diagonsed with a 5 cm cyst on my left ovary about 3-4 weeks ago.
My symptoms were bad - but seemed to have settled down the last 2 weeks thou.
Whats worrying me is the last day and abit i have had weired pains on my left side, there really hard to explain - the pain comes and goes, but its not a shooting pain its more like a 'pinching' pain, if that makes sense? It gets quite intense and up untill yesterday these symptoms have not been part of my complaint. Doubled by the fact iam overdue my period by about 4 days.
Is this to lame to be an ovarian torsion? I feel sick again too but no temp etc.
Any help would be really appreciated
xx

I think i maybe pregnant.
Thanks for the advice girls!
We have been trying for over 8 months and iam nearly a week late now - usually quite regular - always thought thou having a cyst could affect my fertility?
I had my ultra sound scan on the 20th of July to diagnose the cyst - they detected no pregnancy - but maybe the scan cant detect a very early pregnancy?

Pre-menstrual pain is often worse with a cyst.  The pain can be quite severe.   Severe pain just before menstruation was one of my biggest complaints.   Sore breasts is a common pre-menstrual symptom, but the frequent urination is definitely a cyst related symptom.   Are you waiting for surgery?    I had pain for several months that got worse during ovulation and right before my period.  You should call you doctor and let them know about this increased symptom.  Perhaps, they will follow-up a bit sooner.  If your pain is unbearable then do get into an emergency room and don't wait.  I hope you feel better soon!

Hi--So sorry to hear of your new pain.  I did not experience that type of pain with either of my cysts.  My best advice is to call the doctor.  They will certainly know if it warrants a visit to them.

Are you scheduled for surgery?  I had my most recent at the end of July--laparotomy.  Excellent decision--feel so much better even with the healing.

Anytime you hit panic mode--you should trust it and call for help.  You know your body better than anyone.  Best of luck and keep us posted!
