Bloated tummy and back pain

I've been complaining of pain in right side for couple of years, but lately it's in both sides and lower back and terrible sharp pains in pelvic area and especially on right side and my hips and theirs times I can't stand my back feels like it's going to break in too, right down to my feet.. Going to drs but they just keep giving me painkillers and no answer, just guessing.. Feeling tired. And no energy at all.. Drs make u think it's all in your head.. My tummy is always bloated especially the last couple of weeks..
