Cyst on my left side

Hi there;

Please help! About 3 years ago I had my first operation removing about five fibroids, a year ago I had another 2 removed. My husband and I have been struggling to fall pregnant for the last six years and no luck. Doctor says it is just unexplained infertility. I had two artificial insemination treatment but they also found a cyst on my left side. My question,.if I had a cyst on my left side should they have continued with the treatment? Also my left ovary were grownig onto my gut or something and they had to fix it ( this was with the second operation). Have anyone had a similar situation. I am just really tired of this whole thing...and its a emotion rollacoster!

Even if the left ovary was damaged or not working well, the right ovary usually keeps on working so there was still a chance to become pregnant. I'm wondering if your uterus that keeps growing fibroids is not fetus friendly shall we say. I don't know but I'm just wondering. I also have a single fibroid in my uterus but I'm menopausal so it doesn't matter. You could ask your doctor next time if the fibroids  would interfere with pregnancy.
