I did notice the words the tech used though and was looking for some answers.

She said IUD in endometruim. blood flow through both ovaries, and anechoic ( i believe this is right) fluid on right ovary. what does this mean?

Symptoms
I had the ultrasound because I have had the IUD for 4 years with no period. IN may of this year, i started my period again. I still have the IUD. I also have blurry vision (eye dr said i am fine), nausea sometimes, tenderness in my breasts, uncontrollable weight gain, (I diet all the time and put 20lbs on in a month,) pelvic pain, was treated for vaginitis before my ultrasound.

The fluid could be indicative of a ruptured cyst. The other symptoms - nausea, breast tenderness, weight gain - sound mostly hormonal. I assume you did a pregnancy test despite having an IUD?
