Whats my best option

Ive had all the symptoms of ovarian cyst,constant pain also on left ovary,ive had cervical Biopsy, 2 pelvic ultrasound,2 bloodworks.Tsh is 4.66 told really high.Paying out of pocket an doctor,he stated i need hysterectomy an go find another doctor cuz no ins, then he scheduled me for test, im confused,he also said that he didnt find anything abnormal .I asked for pain meds n he ignored me & nurse..i asked the tech about a cyst she was measuring an she agreed with me it was large then said she wasnt allowed to tell..after biopsy i cried the pain in my tummy was unbearable,i appologized for crying, he said its ok u need surgery an walked out of room..i looked at the nurse an said he makes no since he said i was ok no surgery just my thyroid was high..she replied ..im sorry..
Can someone tell me is he neglecting me stringing me along knowing im paying out of pocket or what should i do? Im miserable

I'm sorry you are going through this! Something certainly doesn't sound right. You haven't been given much information. Most ovarian cysts go away on their own. Women seldom need surgery to have them removed. Do you have a cyst and do you know the size?

Also, hysterectomy and c-section are two of the most overused surgeries. So chances are great that you do NOT need a hysterectomy. Only about 1 in 10 are truly necessary.

As far as your thyroid, your TSH is on the high side indicating that you are hypothyroid which can cause other problems including with your menstrual cycle.
