Marie gave great advice. I also want to mention that when you get pregnant some women get cyst that disappear as their pregnancy furthers along. Is it causing you any pain or just caught by accident? I'm glad your doctor is going regular ultrasounds. That will ease your mind as you go through your pregnancy. Congratulations by the way :-)
I agree with your doctor, no need to worry or panic, but you do need to be gentle with physical activity. Every time they check on you and the baby, they will be checking the status of the cysts as well.
If they get really big and bad the doctors will probably recommend one of two options
1. Wait until second trimester or later and remove them laparoscopically.
2. Have a C-section delivery and remove them after the birth of your child.
Pregnancy "could" actually cause the cysts to diminish naturally (in a perfect world), so you still might just see them disappear. Did they say anything about the type of cyst they are? If dermoid, they won't go away (solid), but other types of cysts have a better chance of simply resolving themselves.
