How to delay an ovarian cyst?

In the beginning of February, I was dealing with bad heartburn and anxiety, but around the middle (I'll say the 20th), my right ovary began hurting really bad and it was hard for me to make a bowel movement. And whenever I finished urinating, the pain would begin and I feel nauseous.

I went to a (bad) doctor visit and after blood work, they said my hormones, blood sugar, and everything was fine but to see a specialist about my ovary. I'm worried because my appointment isn't until 4 days from now and I don't know how to avoid letting a cyst rupture if that's what it is.

Also, I have been feeling like I'm constantly swaying. I've been drinking nothing but water and light food so I'm worried if I it may be something different that I'm going through. But yeah, my symptoms are dizziness, fatigue, right ovary hurts, difficulties making a bowel movement and feeling bloated. I'm so tired of visiting the ER and my hospital bills are stacking up. I lost my job over this so the anxiety is making it hard. I'm 21 years old and I'm overweight. What can I do to manage the symptoms safely until then? Should I not move too much? I also picked up my niece the other day and ouch, it hurt more. And this isn't appendicitis, is it?
