Lump inside vagina on back wall

I have a lump, about the size of a big grape, behind my cervix, on the wall where my vagina is next to my anus. It's a bit tender, and I'm not sure what to do.

It may just be a cyst of some sort. If it's fluid filled draining it may help. I had a cyst in that area but it never bothered me so I didn't have to do anything.
