Recovery time for laparotomy bikini line dermoid cyst?

Hello everyone, I just had a horizontal bikini line cut about 4.5 inches in length to remove a 18cm Dermoid Cyst 2 days ago. So far, I have had minimal pain, and have been able to walk around easily. I do notice however that I feel much more tired than usual, and also have a big swollen belly. I was wondering if someone who has had the same surgery tell me when does that swollen belly go away? I know it's only been 2 days, but I feel a little a bit anxious already in staying inside my house already.

Update: It's been 1 week since my surgery. I feel a lot less bloated, 0 pain, and have began to take walks to the store. I am quite surprised at how great I am feeling for just being 1 week in. I am also able to walk the stairs normally.
I do get at least 8 hours of sleep, drink lots of water, eat a lot of vegetables & lean protein, drink multi-vitamins, drink tea's, and limit my sugar intake, and limit startchy carbs.
