Ovarian Cyst? Or something else?? Help!!

Hi.  This is my first time posting in this forum.  I am 38 yo.  For the party few days, I have been having some sharp stabbing pain, in the left groin/pelvic region. It only last for a few seconds, then I get a menstrual cramp type pain, that radiates down the front of my thigh, almost down to my knee. I have an appt with my GYN, the day after tomorrow.  Just wondering if anyone had experienced the same

So sorry for the typo ... ***for the past few days.    Also, I wanted to point out that I have experienced muscle pain and sciatica, in the past. I've even had back surgery.  This pain is not muscular at all.
