I had pains with my periods before each month. I spoke to my surgeon, my cyst was removed on the 29th of August, and he said that I may continue to get pains for 6 months. I do not believe my periods will be pain free, but he feels they at least will aleviate in some way and he also said that in his experience the nerve endings mis-fire for nearly 6 months after the removal of a cyst. I hope this helps.

Have you been to the surgeon for a follow up appt?  Are these pains menstrual cramping pains? If so, the removal of cysts won't change that I don't think. Otherwise, you need to speak to your Dr. about this
