I have cysts and fibroids and have some pain as well during intercourse. Only way to remove the cyst is if its causing pain all the time. I had one removed last year, but only because it was a dermoid (had teeth hair and nails in it) yuckk, and gave me a lot of constant pain. So for now, I just deal with it. Hope your symptoms get better.

I battled pain during and after intercourse. It got to the point where it hurt so bad we could no longer have sex. I ended up being diagnosed with endometriosis and had a small complex cyst removed from inside my ovary. After surgery sex no longer hurt; however, about 3 to 4 weeks ago the pain has returned. I an currently working with my Gyno to determine if I have another cyst. I suggest you go see your Gyno or primary doctor. They will probably do a pelvic exam and may have you get a pelvic ultrasound.

Definitely do not ignore it. I would get it checked out.

prior to my surgery I used to get electric shock type pain running down my left leg.  The same side as my cyst and sciatica!  I only had my surgery 3 days ago so it'll be a little while until I let him anywhere near me!
