Ruptured Ovarian Cyst

About 3 weeks ago now I started to get sharp pains in my left side so bad I went to the ER, I had high blood pressure and small amounts of blood in my urine, they ruled out kidney stones and appendicitis and told me I had a possible UTI and sent me home with trimethropin. They didn't do a thing, I finished the course and ended up back in the ER with the same thing, the ultrasound showed cysts on my left ovary however they said it was nothing to be worried about and not likely to be causing the pain & everything else was normal i.e bloods, urine, obs etc.
After another scan they then decided the cysts had burst and now all of a sudden it is causing the pain, completely contradicting what they said before.
They let me go with more pain relief and I am still no better, I suffer PCOS so I dont get regular periods, I noticed small bits of blood and a yellowish discharge and I am urinating in small amounts.
I do not want to go back to the doctor because I feel like they are not taking my pain seriously and are just passing me off. I am so frustrated I have been off work for 3 weeks and my mood is irritable and depressed.
Has anyone else the same problem?

Pain caused by ruptured cysts can linger for awhile. Hopefully, it will abate soon. If not, do you have a gynecologist you can see? You said you have PCOS. How long has it been since you had a period? I wonder if medication to force a bleed may help.
