Sorry sort of it didn't make sense I want largest cyst is 24 mm x 14 mm I am 48 still menstruating and no history of ovarian cancer but I am petrified but they don't seem as concerned as me even my GP he wouldn't urgently refer me either which If these cysts have all the traits surely he would ? The sonographwr said at time of scan see your gyno at follow up why didn't she refere urgently either as I feel I've just been left.xx

Although these traits can occur with cancer, they can also occur with benign cysts. And most cysts are benign. The average woman's lifetime risk of ovarian cancer is very low at 1.3%. So if you do not have a genetic predisposition / family history of ovarian cancer then the odds are greatly in your favor that they are benign.

Is your doctor monitoring them for now with periodic ultrasounds?
