What is the painful lump on my upper, outer vaginal lip is?

I thought it was an ingrown hair, like I’ve gotten before, but it’s gotten bigger within the past couple days and gets more and more painful. I’ve had ovarian cysts before, and rupture, but I’m not sure this is a vaginal cyst or not.

Sorry for the delay in responding. It could be a cyst. Bartholin cysts are fairly common and can be painful. Any improvement?
