Left ovary much bigger that right ovary

I had a ultrasound done this week, I am concern about the size of my left ovary, my doctor didn't seem worried.
My results: right ovary 3.2x2.3x3.4cm 13.7 volume and left ovary is 6.5x4.6x8.83 cm wit 141.02 volume, he also mention I have a cyst on left ovary. Should I be concern? I am close to my period and I know that your ovaries my get bigger but it seems like a big difference in size.

Cysts are a normal part of the menstrual cycle and will cause an enlarged ovary. Sometimes the cysts get larger than normal and hang around longer than normal but most go away on their own in 3 cycles or so. No cause for alarm.
