Hello,
Mostly they are symptomless But Ovarian cysts can, however, cause problems if they twist, bleed, or rupture. Most ovarian cysts will go away on their own. But if they cause the above mentioned symptoms then they need treatment.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
I'm not sure about bilocular cysts, but based on the size it's a pretty good size. With a size this big they will either suggest keeping an eye on them or doing surgery. Surgery will most likely be suggested due to the size and the pain. Or they can keep an eye on it and check again in 6-8 weeks to see if the cyst shrinks.
I hope this helped.
