complex septated ovarian cyst

i am 44. have had 4 c-sections and 2 uterine ablations after last c-section fromuterine hemorrage..i have had 2 er trips since nov..1st one i had severe pain in lower rt abdomen when gettin up out of bed felt like belly ripped open.They did catscan for appendix or hernia said both neg and they only saw a cyst on ovary and sent home.2nd time i at work lifting milk crates thought i slipped a disk right above tailbone.severe pain in spine and left hip coulnt stand up straight or lift leg and walkin difficult.i had some urine dribbling.hey did mri said all fine just pulled muscle and sent home.finally i was able to get appt for ob,after 10 sec of exam said i did have a hernia at end of c-section scar on rt side.he could feel a cyst on ovary but didnt think that big and felt lymph nodes in rt groin swelled.he ordered ultrasound 2 wks later.The tech said it would take 1 1/2-2 wks for results...the dr called me at 7pm that night.ultra sound showed uterus with trace fluid (possibly from ablations it said) small scattered hyperechoic masses .an anterior fibroid.cervix with several nabothian cyst one the size of 2.06x 1.85x 1.05 that is hemorrhagic.  left ovary has several small calcifications and rt ovary has a septated complex cyst 6.80x 5.59x 3.69 cm with debris seen...ob dr said i need surgery relatively soon since they have a possibility being cancer when they get this size, but also wanted another surgeon ther to repair hernia.i had to see other surgeon 1st before they could set up surgery.the general surgeon agreed i did have hernia and would takke groin lymph nodes out because they so swollen and hurt. that was 8 days ago and they still have not set up surgery. it has been 1 month since ultrasound.i now having more trouble and cryin most of time from the pain.my belly now looks like i am 7 months pregnant and the pain is up into my diaphragm now. my rt back of inner thigh and behind knee is aching and feels numb with burning senation at times and up into rt buttock.My rt groin lymph nodes are even bigger and hard and sooo sore,it hurts to sit ,walk,but when i lay my leg throbs more even with pillow propped between legs.my tailbone area of back is still aching and tight feeling.ihad no trouble with bowels but now i go 2-3x a day and they loose most of time.After i urinate,wipe and stand up i am dribbing urine! i have called both dr for surgery time for last 3 days they keep giving me run around,one nurse said she called ob dr fri to set surgery up but when i talked to that nurse she said oh well i just got a call mon afternoon.....we will call you when we can figure out a time.She said they hav different schedueles and operate at different hosp(right next to each other!) they still havent called.i called yesterday asked for appt to see my ob dr again that i am having more problems and extreme pain and cant sleep from the leg throbbing and lymph node pain...they said you cant see the dr. just to get surgery time faster! i said im having extreme pain and my belly is goin to bust!  she said oh well maybe he can order some pain med..but would not give me an appt to see him or talk to him.They still have not called me back yet! i feel like im dying and sooo tired and the pain is making me want tear someones head off! like the nurse..because its not them goin thru this so they could care less.. and put me on back burner..i knw my ob dr isnt aware it takin this long..he said on phone he tryin set it up for the next wk...that was a month ago...and nurse yesterday said we will try set it up before the next 3 months!!...anyhow my question is....are all of thee pains related?does this sound like a benign cyst or more like cnacerous symptoms? The dr thru me for a loop when he called that late or i would have asked him more questions now they wont let me talk to him and i cant take all this things goin haywire...help any suggestions what this is ?

thanks for comment..still no word from dr..tryin to find info on symtoms but both benign and cancer cyst have basically same symptoms and have not found out much on the.. leg pain or pain up into diaphragm. my family history scares me a little...my mother has thyroid cancer in 30's then breast cancer at 42 then lupus.  had a stroke which left her legally blind.. dad has anuerisms one in brain which has left him like a veg..last year he had surgery when diagnosed with large tumor that was stomach cancer.he also has skin cancer, and had several spots cut out...i also have a rare condition which has not been fully diagnosed and nobody really seems to interested in finding the right diagnosis.i think it is the cause of all my cyst...tne doctor said i have morphea. she sent me to u of m and they said atroha derma of perinni and passinni..they said could go to mayo clinic, but with no insurance that impossible.I have dark,hard patches all over body,mostly above waist.They dont hurt but sometimes itch and my muscles and joints hurt.The biopsies showed they had calcium deposits in them.i look like i have been beaten and covered with bruises.That started when i was 20.It seems to go dormant then episodes of more spots come.I had my thyroid and part of parathyroid removed 4 yrs ago because of complex cold cyst which was benign but had cells that could turn cancerous..2001 i had solid cysts removed from both breast that were benign.. i also have have some lumps in my lower calf muscles which is a new symptom.dr said they just under the skin.I have had a terrible bout with bronchitis since christmas that i cant get rid of....I wonder if whatever this condition is i have is what caused cyst on ovary..but with such a family history of cancer ..i just dont know..but i know i just dont feel good and hurt like the dickens in sooooo many places..It's crazy!!! only God knows i guess!  God bless pray all goes well for you

both benign and malignant cyst sometimes have the same symptoms so its really hard to tell.. but simple cyst are more benign and complex are usually more watched because of the solid parts but mostly are also benign...

im sorry that you have to wait such a long time to have your surgery
i think you should find another surgeon that can operate on you asap...

you know sometimes its faster just to go to the er and complain of pain so you can get things done faster.....

about cancer i really cant tell you im going through the same thing right now and will see my obgyn on the 5th day of my period for another scan i have 1.8cm paraovarian cyst that has thick wall and maybe complex
i have back pain and frequent urination
their currently treating me for uti but so far the meds are not working so im so scared

i'll pray for the both of us God is Good...
