could i have ovarian cancer?

I have been having extreme pain in my lower left side and top of the left leg for nearly 2 years now, but over the last 6 months it has got alot worse, my gp who i have been to see nearly a hundred times by now seems not intrested!! my stomach and lower abdomen area is really swollen, i look six months pregnant. I also feel very unwell in myself. the doctor believes i have endometriosis and i hopefully will be having a lap soon. It keeps being put off due to cardiac problems. I have really swollen lymph nodes in my neck that are very painful and have been there for around 6 months.
Iam on 8 Tramadol a day with 8 paracetamol, and the pain is still bad, Most nights i cant sleep because of it!! I feel like iam going mad, i need help, would a Mri scan or ct scan help me? if anyone has any advice it would be most appreciated. Iam 32.

Go see your gyni again, and get them to sort you out a scan... I think an ultrasound would detect anything in there.

When i was under a gyni, i would call his secertery up to get me an appointment, my old gp surgery were a night mare, fobbed off all the time!

I am sure you can be awake for an op down there.

Failing that, get yourself to casualty.... There are blood tests they can do (read this forum, in one of the posts) that can determine cancer, but it is not 100% accurate.. , They can also get you soon by oncall gyni.

good luck, let us know.. x x

Your best bet would be to see a Gynecologist. They specialize in womens' health .
Ask your GP for a referral.

Good luck
