if its your lower left abdomen thats painful it doesnt need to be ur ovary it could be apendix urine infection, theres a few different things it could be so i think to narrow the list down i would go and see your gp for advice and answers x

when you ovulate a cyst forms that has the egg inside this cyst can grow slightly and then it pops and lets the egg out, it may be that this is a sign of the cyst popping and the egg being released i think they call it a foliac cyst, if you look it up it is completely normal and nothing to worry about

I always got ovary pain when I ovulated! I always expected it to come about two week after my menstrual cycle.
