unsure about cysts
Hello, today i went to the doctor as I have been having pelvic pains like period pains mainly on my right side, back pain and and irritated vagina. She examined and said my right ovary was enlarged and that i needed to have an ultrasound to determine whether its an ovarian cyst. I do suffer from pcos but its never caused pain before. Are these symtoms of ovarian cysts?

I too hav PCOS and thought my pain was due to them so I "ignored" it for 12 yrs!!!! Turned out I had a 20cm cyst on my ovary! The symptoms were bloated feeling, back ache, hip pain, tender boobs, so what u have mentioned seems very similar, hope everything gets sorted soon for u
