I suffer from quiet a few things and PTD is one that is all related to be a very bad marriage. I still suffer from all the **** that I put myself threw being that I was not smart enough to leave him sooner. I was wondering if others suffered from bad relationships and now have PTSD?
Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome ....PTSD usually from Trauma ,Physical or Mental, some people seem to heal within a few weeks/months some last years , Therapy and meds help.
What is PTD? I've been having some bad times in my marriage and was wondering what PTD would be and what are the symtoms.
I am sure some have and sometimes it takes a long time to recover, but thats what you do ,you suffer, then you accept what happened and determine you are not going to let it ruin your life, it enpowers you, you feel strong again. Half the battle is in that strength thats been lost , take it back or the abuser has won, take it back....
