Alternative for Hydrocodone

Hi.  Given the fact that I have major pain in my feet and hands after hard labor, I still need something for my pain especially on the weekends.  During the week it is tolerable but after hard, hard labor on the weekends I am almost unable to stand, walk, type, or open a jar.   Since hydrocodone is so addictive what alternatives are there that are strong enough to eliminate the pain.

Heating pads, hot shower or baths, epsom salts in a hot bath are great for pain!  Bengay or the other sport arthritis creams are great for pain too.  And I found after a while my pain was drastically reduced and the otc pain meds work great for me now.   As long as you don't have any other health issues (a bad stomach, or liver issues, that kind of thing), stuff like excedrin and aleve also work great.  Good luck to you!  :)
