Hi Mkh,

Years ago I tried biofeedback. It helped very little. I do have my own form of meditation that helps. I "take" myself to a "happy place" and try to distract my body from it's pain.

I hope you will find some relief through biofeedback. I believe that anything that doesn't hurt us is worth a try.

Best of Luck to You,
~Tuck

I hope that it helps you, ESPECIALLY today!

Hi and Happy Thanksgiving.
Ok, I'll follow the doctor though I don't think it will do much either. He wan't  me to do the trigger point injections and accupuncture followed by more physical therapy. I hope the PT;s don't hurt me again. I'm sure not going to do anything I don't feel I can handle this time. I told him no manual manipulation. Myofascial massage is ok. That helped before. He seems to think it is  Myofascial. I tried the Flexeril muscle relaxant last night and the night before. The first night helped a lot and no side effects since I take it at night. But, today it still hurts and so it doesn't do the whole job. I was hoping it would help more. Well, take care and thanks for your input.
