Unexplained muscle cramps

I'm a 21year old female and I've been having cramps all over my body over the past few days. The cramps occur mostly in my hands, but also in my neck, stomach, arms, legs and feet. I went to the doctor yesterday to get my blood tested to check my thyroid and vitamin/mineral levels. All the tests came back normal. I have had a bad shoulder for about 5 years now that is from weight lifting, I'm not sure if this could be a cause of my cramps or not? This is causing me to have severe anxiety about what it could be. Please help!

Hi there are a couple of things that can cause cramps, one is being dehydrated, are you drinking enought water?
Another can be an imbalance in your calcium, magnesium, potassium.
I take magnesium before bed to try to relax your muscles.  I hope your doctor can help you.
