Can a Nurse cancell all your prescriptions?

I told the nurse that I wanted to find another doctor because the staff was difficult to get along with.  I take Hormone Replacement Therapy.  She called the pharmacy and cancelled all my prescriptions, I had 2 refills before my 6 month follow up so I thought I would have time to get another doctor but she cancelled them.  Please advise what to do about this does she have the right?

Hello matcat,

I noticed your post about hormone replacement therapy. I don't know if you've done this already, but before you decide to get some more hrt
pills, I would google hrt and see what comes up. I read in a book somewhere that hormone replacement therapy has a possible link to
breast cancer. Just saying. Be well. Eve

This is fairly standard practice when you announce you are no longer under the care of a physician. From the standpoint of the physician she had no choice.
