Hi Smantha,

You don't offer a lot of information. Is this new? How long have you experienced this pain? What is your general age... teenager, thirties, sixties? This does matter in terms of the spine.

Does it only hurt when you sit? Is this from an injury? Any information you can add will help us, help you with suggestions.

Peace,
~Tuck

Have you recently "plopped" down hard onto a seat? It's possible to bruise or break a tailbone. Unfortunately there is not much that can be done for it, except cushions. A pharmacy may have pads that you can sit on to help cushion the chairs you have.

Now if you feel a bump or something else, maybe have some one look at it. Or take a picture to look at it yourself. It could be a pimple or a boil or even a bug bite and that may help you figure out how to treat it.
