HORRIBLE experience with Oral Surgeon & meds

I'm hoping I can explain all of this without being too wordy, but that it is clear enough for any "experts" to get the info they need, so here goes:  In February, my dentist referred me to an oral surgeon for the extraction of 5 teeth. BUT, after this oral surgeon say my EXTENSIVE medical history, my 16 prescription meds (plus 4 vitamins), and my history of having been sedated during MANY procedures by the medication "versed". He referred me to another oral surgeon with a well-know hospital in Atlanta (my hometown) to complete the extractions in a hospital setting with a 23 hour watch period. To make this story shorter, I'll call him Dr. S. Dr. S had the worst office staff I've ever dealt with, has a horrendous bedside manner (which is ONLY appropriate if you are the BEST in your field), and wanted to finish my work and get me back to Macon, GA ASAP (DOS: 2-12-13). He proceeded to remove 6 teeth, and he did not schedule ANY follow-up. One of my problems is frequent infections that generally cause me to be hospitalized on IV antibiotics. I took the 5 days of antibiotics he prescribed, then continued to have bleeding, pieces of bone coming through my gum, swelling, fever, pain, etc. My regular dentist nor the original oral surgeon I was referred to would NOT do follow-up since Dr. S. was my surgeon.
Then, I bit into a Reeses candy bar, and my front tooth almost fell out (held only by 1 root). This had been a PERFECTLY healthy tooth with teeth around it. Loose teeth as an adult is painful, plus now my bone, on that left side where most of the teeth were removed, was coming through my gums at the top outside and bottom inside (under my tongue). Again, follow-up had to be with Dr. Wonderful. His staff set me an appointment for 4-9-13 at 8:00 am. Due to another of my health issues (4 back surgeries-fusions & a fractured back), driving and even riding for more than an hour becomes uncomfortable, but my son could NOT take me, and I KNEW I needed my front tooth extracted NOW. I drove from Macon to Atlanta (my parents' house) in plenty of time to rest and get a GOOD night's sleep.
Here are my questions: I think I should get like a baseline of the different meds in my system at any given time, so we can find out if Dr. S. gave me stuff that was still in my system 24 hours later, right? I looked up some stuff on the Propofol (Diprivan). If ANY of that was in my system, it interacts with everything pretty much. Also, any doctor, PA, or Pharmacist that knows me knows that if there is an unusual drug reaction to a medicine, I am the one who will have it. Because of my memory problems, I KNOW I took my regular morning meds, but besides the Exalgo for my chronic pain, I need to know if I took my meds that ARE addictive, but I just take as needed (eg: Adderall, Klonopin, Oxycodone) or not addictive (Topamax, Seraquel, Cymbalta, DHE-Dihydoergotomine). Plus, whatever else Dr. S., who I JUST had an appointment with, gave me.
I am EXTREMELY frightened! It feels almost like I got rufied. Then, what are the side effects and interactions of those drugs. Is any of this even going to matter to the police in a small county in GA? I'm sure they just want me to accept the charges they gave me and shut up! But I feel like several doctors and their respective staffs, my regular doctors and my everyday meds, all the things that are wrong with me (some of which NO doctor has even been able to figure out), wrong place at the wrong time, etc. warrant SOME investigation. I DEFINITELY don't feel like anybody really cares (my "friends" and family) are just "sick" of me being sick, but I don't won't to have a criminal record for taking my medication the way I am supposed to. I also feel like I'm not even a good Mom to my 20 year old son.
If you are an MD, nurse, or just care, please help me! I really need some advice...I feel very lost!
