Sandee: I don't know your system but on some you can go to the website on another computer and download the drivers you need to a flash or a CD, Try that. Or do you have a utilities disc?
If you have the disc, you can try to install from there. If that doesn't work, try extracting them. Open every file and read the whole thing on each file in the utility disc. There may be an extraction you can use.
If this fails, you can request a utilities disc for the system website. If that doesn't work, pm me and I'll show you how to extract them. It's a little long.

We had a similar issue with my husband's old Toshiba. We had to order new discs to back it up. (or something. He's the techie.
Welcome Back!!
I am having the same problem.
I had to reload the operating system and my drivers did not load as when I try and connect to the net it says my drivers aer not loded.
What did you do?
Yay! It feels so good when you find out a computer problem and fix it. I always love that. But sometimes getting to that point can be a pain in the ***. But the payoff is worth it! Good job!!
Welcome back. You were missed and it's good to have you back among us.
