Nick,
I certainly hope this is not something we have to look forward to on a regular basis! I called the pharmacy manager but he will not be in until Monday and I will be there at 9 am to see him.
I am preparing a letter to send the BBB and I have called them as well. The gentleman told me to write everything thing that happened in detail and fax him a copy.
I will file a complaint with the Florida pharmacy licensing board also. And anything else I can think of too:)
I will wait until Monday and see if the ladies are in the doctors office, the doctor isn't in but if they are there they can verify the presciption for me with another pharmacist.
Thanks:)
Have you taken any action yet? and have you been able to find a more useful pharmacy? There have been several recent mentions of this kind of thing happening. Lets hope it's not a behaviour that's on the rise amonsgt pharmacies.
Take care all.
Nick
I did post this on your other thread.
Every state has a Pharmacy Board. The American Pharmacy Associate normally does not get involved in individual complaints. If anyone has trouble locating their State Board they can contact me and I will do my best to assist them.
This should never happen!!
