What do they usually use? And my drug store has a sign. No Oxycontin in store.  The store wants three days notice. So if they give me that tomorrow. I will have to wait.

When I took oxycontin, they Fed Ex'd it to me.  I brought it to the pharmacy like usual and they set it up so it would be delivered by 1:00 pm the next day.

If they don't have it, I can understand why, it ain't cheep..You said oxycontin, not oxycodone..big difference. Depending on dose, about 450 bux difference easily. i think 40mg OC are around 6 bux a pop.So you do the math..3 a day..18 bux a day times 30 days..I think its a dang good med if you are a chronic patient, but morphine sulphate products are a lot cheaper in generic form. OC isn't generic anymore and probably won't be due to drug company lack of making money, they're really hurting financially.

Is there another pharmacy you can go to? Most PM use morphine based drugs for chronic pain in my area (NC) and use the oxycodone for breakthrough... every doctor and patient are different.  Good luck.
