Stabbing Pains In Breast

Hello, I'm a 19 year old female suffering from stabbing pains under my arm near to the right side of my breast. The pain increases when I take deep breaths and is especially painful if I cough. I was just wondering if you could tell me what could be the cause of this? Thanks for your time.
