How long can cocaine show up on a urine test when you have hepititis c

I'm a paraplegic have been for 37 years I've been going to pain management for 12 years the doctor had me on 50 my of methadone a day for pain  I have surgery every 8 months to a year for bladder cancer having tummers removed even though my pain Doctor told me that the surgeon would have to give me pain meds after surgery after 4 years have having the surgery done and getting enough hydromorphone 2 my for 3 days after surgery the pain management Doctor released me with a registered letter I went to another pain management  and they did a drug urine and said it showed positive for cocaine which I don't do is there any reason why this test would come back positive because of my health issues because I made an appointment with another Pain Doctor but I'm really worried because in the last 30 years I've never failed a drug test there has to be something wrong now I'm at home taking half the amount of methadone a normally take because until I find a new pain management my PCP says he can only give me 30 it's of methadone a day which is not working on my pai

You have hepC? I don't think that would mess up a urine test. Insist on another one. Labs aren't perfect. My hubby had HCV for 40 years. His developed into Primary Liver Cancer. Got a liver transplant and did the old TX of Interferon. Relapsed. Did Harvoni 2 years ago and he's cured. He had MANY blood and urine tests. He took a LOT of pain meds. Nothing weird ever showed up.I'm pretty sure HCV doesn't even show up in a urine test! Only blood tests and only if they are testing specifically for HCV. I wonder if the hydromorphone showed up as cocaine, if the test wasn't specific enough.
